2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital content/service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

4. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital content is assigned instantly to the email address declared by the BUYER or to the BUYER's user account following payment confirmation. The BUYER is deemed to have started benefiting from the service as of the moment the digital content is made available.

5. CANCELLATION RIGHT AND DIGITAL CONTENT EXCEPTION

Under applicable law, where the BUYER requests immediate supply of digital content and acknowledges that cancellation rights are lost once supply begins, the right to cancel may not apply after delivery starts.

Accordingly, because the purchased product is digital content (software, code, video, license key, etc.) and is delivered instantly to the BUYER, return of the product or exercise of cancellation rights may not be possible to the extent permitted by law.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information on the website regarding the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery terms of the product subject to this agreement, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

The technical requirements necessary to access digital content (internet connection, up-to-date browser, etc.) are the responsibility of the BUYER.

If the product cannot be delivered due to technical problems, the SELLER undertakes to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
