CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to purchases made through kayagame.com, operated by Kaya Next Ltd in the United Kingdom.
Payments are handled via Shopify checkout and integrated third-party payment provider(s).
GENERAL RULE
Products purchased through our website are digital content and/or digital services. Under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, cancellation rights for digital content may end once supply begins where the consumer has requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of cancellation rights.
CANCELLATION RIGHT EXCEPTION FOR DIGITAL CONTENT
If digital content is delivered instantly (including code display, account assignment, file download, or link access), and you expressly consent to immediate delivery, your cancellation right may not apply to the extent permitted by law.
Accordingly, once delivery is completed, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Purchased digital license keys
- Downloadable files and training videos
- Digital subscriptions assigned specifically to the user
CASES WHERE REFUND REQUESTS MAY BE EVALUATED
Refund requests may be reviewed in the following exceptional cases:
Defective/Non-Working Content: If purchased digital content does not work due to a technical defect and this is verified by our technical team, replacement will be offered first; if the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be made.
Undelivered Product: If payment is completed but the product cannot be delivered to the user within 24 hours due to a technical issue, the order may be canceled and refunded upon customer request.
REFUND PROCESS
For cases approved for refund:
After refund approval, the amount is returned to your bank account/credit card within 7-10 business days.
Depending on your bank's internal process, posting the refunded amount to your account may take additional days.
