In case of technical issues or stock-related delays, Kaya Next Ltd undertakes to complete delivery within a reasonable period.
PAYMENT INFRASTRUCTURE
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and integrated third-party payment provider(s). Kaya Next Ltd does not store full card details.
TERMS OF USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Purchased digital content is for personal use only. Copying, reproducing, or distributing codes for commercial or illegal purposes is prohibited.
The user agrees not to perform attacks that may harm website infrastructure and not to use fraudulent payment methods.
If any abuse is detected, Kaya Next Ltd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the user account.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Publisher-Sourced Issues: Kaya Next Ltd is not responsible for rule changes, server errors, or shutdowns of third-party games or platforms (including Steam, Riot Games, Epic Games, etc.) where purchased codes/services are used.
Incorrect Purchase: If the user purchases a code for the wrong region (region lock) or the wrong game, responsibility belongs to the user.

Prices of digital products may change instantly depending on exchange rates and publisher policies. The price valid at the time of purchase applies.
